This course will guide you through the foundational and intermediate mat Pilates sequences, breaking down each movement so you can both execute them properly and grasp their purpose. With this foundation, you’ll be ready to progress confidently into more challenging exercises. Along the way, you’ll also learn the basics of muscle anatomy and how to engage specific muscles for more powerful, precise movement.
Breathing will be another key focus — you'll discover how intentional breathwork enhances your control, endurance, and overall performance during Pilates routines. Throughout the program, we’ll emphasize the value of regular practice, giving you the tools, support, and encouragement needed to stay committed and consistent.
