How often should I take classes to see results?
Everyone is seeking different results and is on their own journey. To get the maximum results we recommend showing up 5-6 days per week and alternating between different types of classes. We offer intense classes such as Cardio SQLPT in order for you to get your best Pilates workout in. We also offer a Restorative Pilates class to ensure you receive a nice stretch in the middle of your weekly routine.
Consult with your SQLPT Pilates instructor for best practice and results for your journey.
